Review: Had a fantastic 4 day stay at The Chapel in late November 2011.
Beautiful house. Immaculately clean.
Fantastic hosts Brian and Rosemary.
Room was excellent, large and a very comfortable bed.
En-suite bathroom consisting of Toilet, wash handbasin and large walk in shower.
Separate extra large bathroom if you want a bath.
The bath. WOW!!!! Huge sunken oval bath. Gorgeous. Highly recommended you try this.
Beautifully presented and cooked full English breakfast with enough to feed an army.
We have stayed at Collingwood a few times and the Chapel is as beautiful.
Thank you Rose and Dave for making us feel very welcome. Almost like part of the family.
The best you can get !!!!
See you all in the spring. Name: Dave and Tracey Pullen Review: We came to Camborne from Liverpool for a wedding (July 30th 2011)We have a large family, four groups all with chldren (9 adults and 7 children)and looked for somewhere to stay so that we could be together for three nights. The Chapel was recommended and we all stayed together. It was fabulous accommodation with an excellent breakfast each morning, cooked by the pleasant Dave and April.
What made it even easier was that we were granted the run of the whole premises and welcomed to be "at home". So we did just that, and it made our stay great
Thank you to you all - we could not have wished for better. God bless you. Name: Bob and Rachel Metcalf
The
Chapel was built in 1888 and has been superbly converted to a very high
standard retaining many of the original character features not least being the
stained glass window over the staircase in the lounge, and also period stone
and wood architectural features.
Most of our rooms are en-suite and they all have a TV and tea
and coffee facilities. The rooms are decorated to a high standard and we have a
variety of room sizes to suit your needs.
One room in particular runs the length of the building and is 32
feet long and is more like studio suite than a room. This room also has a
kitchenette area with a sink, fridge and microwave.
Another room opens out on to a balcony area that over
looks two acres of countryside. |

The Chapel is set in two acres of pleasant shrubs and lawns
running down to a babbling brook with enclosed seating area. The lawns are well
kept and is a good area for families and children to let off
steam.
The Chapel has a fresh bore
hole water supply so the water quality is exceptional. The Chapel has full oil
fired central heated. There is also an extensive parking area. |

Disability Access:
Please note that due to the sympathetic conversion of the chapel into accomodation, there is no practical access for wheelchairs.
Rooms are situated on the first and second floors of the building via a number of steps and staircases which might also pose challenging to those with walking difficulties.
You will find Collingwood will provide better access.
Fire Safety:
All emergency lighting and exit signage complies with current regulations.
